MACCS and MaccsBox are developed by MACCS International bv. MACCS International bv specializes in software for the international film distribution market. We have over 15 years of experience in software for film distribution, which is our core and only business.

The healthy financial position of MACCS International bv enables us to grow and  to continue developing our software products further. Until 2007, MACCS International bv was known as ADG Applications bv. ADG was set up in 1994 by two IT companies and an investment corporation. Since 1998, ADG has had a positive cash flow; in 1999, the company realized a profit. MaccsBox was launched in 2006, and is currently implemented in the Netherlands & Belgium and is now in development for deployment in the US in the spring of 2010, for about 20% of the US market initially. Also it is expected that other territories will be deployed in the coming years.
