License

For large and medium size companies, MACCS International offers a software licence and maintenance contract. You can purchase a license for one of the MACCS sections:

• Theatrical Film Distribution,
• Rights Management – Royalty Reporting,
• Non-theatrical – Ancillary,
• DVD Sell-Through,
• Prints & Advertising.

This software licence is perpetual, for an unlimited number of users. The maintenance contract gives you the right to upgrades and help desk assistance in case of questions and problems.

Usage agreement

A usage agreement is appropriate for smaller distributors. You acquire the right to use MACCS for a monthly Basic Usage Fee. If 1% of your monthly invoiced business exceeds this Basic Usage Fee, an additional amount, the Usage Royalty, will become payable. The usage agreement applies to a limited number of users; the minimum period is one year.
