- Download and run Remote Support by clicking on MACCS Remote Support
- Provide MACCS support with the ID
- MACCS support will now be able to view/control your desktop to offer live support. All open applications will be shared, so please close the applications you do not intend to share
- The session may be disconnected at any time. MACCS support cannot connect to the remote computer without your permission
- Download and run Web Meeting by clicking on MACCS Web Meeting
- Enter the meeting-ID you received through mail or phone
- Join the meeting
