Our Support team is using Teamviewer to give remote support.
Click on the following link to download and install Teamviewer QuickSupport. Teamviewer will display an ID and password.
Provide MACCS Support with this combination by mail or by phone.
MACCS Support will now be able to view/control your desktop to offer live support.
All open applications will be shared, so please close the applications you do not intend to share.
A session may be disconnected at any time. MACCS supportĀ cannot connect to the remote computer without your permission.
