Remote Support

Our support team is using TeamViewer for remote support as well as web meetings.

Remote support:

  • Download and run Remote Support by clicking on MACCS Remote Support
  • Provide MACCS support with the ID
  • MACCS support will now be able to view/control your desktop to offer live support. All open applications will be shared, so please close the applications you do not intend to share
  • The session may be disconnected at any time. MACCS support cannot connect to the remote computer without your permission

Web meeting:

  • Download and run Web Meeting by clicking on MACCS Web Meeting
  • Enter the meeting-ID you received through mail or phone
  • Join the meeting
